Terms and Conditions
1- Acceptance of the terms
By using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
If you refuse these terms, please do not use our services.
2- Services provides
Dog Go offers walking, petsitting and other related services.
All our services are subject to availability and may be modified or cancelled at our discretion.
3- Reservations and payments
Booking can be made by e-mail or phone.
All recurring services will be billed at the end of the month, unless otherwise agreed.
To validate a petsitting booking, a first payment of 50% of the total amount will be requested.
We accept payments by bank transfers, cash and cheques.
4- Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before.
Late cancellations or non presentations may be charged for part or all of the amount of the service.
Dogsitting cancellations must be made at least 7 days before in order to be refunded the deposit paid.
Dog Go reserves the right to cancel the services in the event of exceptional circumstances.
5- Customer responsibilities
The customer must ensure that the dog is in good health and poses no danger to the dog walker or other animals.
An up-to-date vaccination record, including the cough of the domb, will be requested before you can access our services.
The customer must transmit the information necessary for access to the home (code, concierge etc.).
6- Safety and well-being of dogs
Dog Go ensures the safety and well-being of all dogs under our responsibility.
As a result, we are not responsible for any accidents or illnesses that may occur during our services.
7- Privacy and personal data
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data that will not be disclosed.
